Semi-automatic Insole Plant

The Installationconsists of :

1) Insole loader with magazine
2) Cementing station (neoprene)
3) Conveyor belts (nylon cords) with adjustable speed
4) Insole stamping, standard model
5) Drying oven with adjustable temperature
6) Cooling section
7) Coupling machine with semi-automatic loader for boards
(board loading by hand).

The insole overturning from cementing station to conveyor belt, is
obtained through a special patented device, allowing to process all
kind of materials.

No particular adjustments apart from the loaders are required,
wich makes the machine so easy to operate and versatile.
