This machine carries out the following operations automatically :

1) automatic heel feeding, with magazine
2) side-trimming of heel
3) centre hole drilling (optional)
4) pitching or grading
5) heel cupping
6) size stamping (optional)

The above operations are indipendent one from the other, being possible to eliminate one or more processing.
The possibility of tilting the cutter shaft allows to produce heels with adjustable inclination, without having to change the carbide cutter. Adjustable GRADING DEVICE for reproducing the complete SIZE-RUN with one template only. The machine is equipped with ELECTRONIC PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLER, and is supplied with SOUND PROOFING and SAFETY GUARDS according to E.E.C. safety rules.
