This
plant mainly consists of:
1) Automatic loader with double magazine for leather lifts;
2) Electronic selecting and gauging machine for sorting the
leather lifts according to thickness;
3) Connecting conveyor with suction feeder and centering devices;
4) Double glueing machine for continuous cementing;
5) Heel building machine;
6) Conveyor belt with heel pressing station;
7) Glue pressure tank;
8) Electric control panel.
The plant has a continuous working cycle, with one operator only.
It is possible to produce all kinds of leather heels, of any size
and height.
