AUTOMATIC SPINDLE MOLDING MACHINE

Machine with hydraulic alternate movement to shape the lower part of wooden soles.
This machine, with a robust and compact structure, shapes simultaneously the left and right part with orthopedic sole.

It consists of a carriage with alternate translation and adjustable speed, four spindles:
two for the coarse trimming 120 mm.
two for the finishing and trimming of
the heel 50 mm.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

The machine is supplied with material store, automatic left and right loading and unloading.

Hourly production: 700-1000 pieces
Feeding of 30 volts, 50 Hz.
Applied power: 15 KW.
