AUTOMATIC
METAL SHANK FASTENING MACHINE to carry out with 2 rivets - the
assembling of shanks on insole fibreboards of any type and material.
The centering and fastening of shank and board is extremely accurate.
The machine is equipped with:
- rivet feeding unit with vibrator
- fibreboard feeder with magazine
- metal shank rotary feeder with double magazine.
Only a few seconds are necessary for changing from one article
to another.
On request, an automatic cementing group for assembled boards
can be installed at the exit of the machine.
