HOME			Machinery for the production and finishing of wine and Champagne corks UNION TAP Automatic assembling machine for cork stoppers and PVC caps with hot melt cementing system Output per hour up to 15'000 pieces AUTOMATIC ASSEMBLING MACHINE for cork stoppers + PVC caps, with HOT-MELT cementing system. The two components, the corks and the plastic heads, are placed in bulk in the 2 hopper feeders providing to orient and feed them to the assembling plate. A special group orientates the cork stoppers with their bevelled side turned downwards. The orientated corks are brought under the 1st station, where the HOT-MELT injection takes place. In the next position, the plastic heads (adequately orientated with its empy part downwards) are placed on the corks and remain pressed until they reach the exit.
