General description
Automated machine that produces wirehoods
for all types of beverage producing a high internal pressure during
the process of alcoholic fermentation. The wirehoods produced are suited
for any type of bottle and can be created with a combinations of galvanized
wire and cap. The machine is compact, rugged, designed and assembled
to make it extremely easy to use and maintain.
The machine consists of
• Structure in carpentry electro-welded,
normalized and RAL 3000 painted,
which houses all the handling of the machine
• Head that allows the formation of the star working properly galvanized
wire;
• Forming eyelet which allows the formation of loops where you
enter the belt;
• Table that can form the wirehoods and through a rotary support,
transport to
subsequent processing stations;
• Belt-forming which allows the insertion and the twist on the
belt in the eyelet
formed in the previous stations;
• Calibration consists of two stations that allow you to give final
shape to the wirehoods;
• Protective casing composed of shelter and safety;
• Electrical system consisting of electric power manufactured in
compliance
with EC rules, board machine and sensors;
• Touch screen control sequences suitable for control of work;
• Pneumatic system consisting of control unit, filters and solenoid
valves for
control of the various pistons on the machine.

Working principle
Powered by nr 02 galvanized wire
coils suitable for wirehoods, the machine is capable of
independently taking from their coils the amount of wire needed to form
the body and thread
the wirehood belt. In the various stations, the wire is processed to
form a star at first, at a
intermediate stage he puts on the belt and int the end the wiehoods
exit in a separate storage
